CDL, medical card, truck and trailer insurance, registration and annual inspection go on the compliance list 60 days out, with the date each stops being valid. IFTA shows up two weeks ahead, the 2290 a month ahead.
- Dispatch refuses an expired driver. An expired CDL or med card on file blocks the assignment — and it tells you when a date is missing.
- A positive or refused drug test hard-blocks dispatch until a later clean test clears it. 49 CFR 382.501
- Truck and trailer paperwork too. Registration, COI, cab card and insurance expiry, swept daily.

Can I bring my existing paperwork in?
Yes. Drop your rate-cons, BOLs, PODs and other documents — one file, or a .zip of thousands that waits for you to press Approve plan. It files what it is sure of to its load, driver or truck, and puts the rest in your review queue with the reason.
Is my data used to train AI?
The models that read your documents run inside Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare’s Workers AI data-usage page states: “Cloudflare does not use your Customer Content to (1) train any AI models made available on Workers AI or (2) improve any Cloudflare or third-party services, and would not do so unless we received your explicit consent.” We never sell your data.
Do calls and text messages cost extra?
They run on your own Twilio or Quo account, so you pay your carrier’s price and keep the number. We don’t mark up the phone bill.
